Great Room: The house’s former barn has been transformed into a warm space with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing. It features a dedicated children’s area, a large and varied library, a TV, a DVD player, and a film collection for all tastes.
Intimate living room: A smaller, more cozy space, perfect for enjoying the fireplace and quiet moments.
Large dining room: Featuring a 5-meter-long, one-piece “apostolic” table, ideal for sharing delicious meals, fun anecdotes, and recommendations with friends and family.
Porch with a View: A space with stunning views of the garden, perfect for continuing after-dinner conversations. Smoking is also permitted in this area for added comfort.
Exterior and garden: A spacious garden of approximately 500 m² includes a protected swimming pool, a hammock area shaded by mulberry trees, a children’s playground, a ping-pong table, and a large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining in the summer.
